
Sourdough bread became popular when the pandemic hit in 2020, but I didn’t hop on the wagon until February 2021. It always seemed so intimidating to me to make bread, and the yeasted breads I had tried in the past always flopped. Turns out, using a starter is a simple procedure, very forgiving, it just needs time! These are my favourite recipes, tried and true. I will keep editing this post as I continue my sourdough adventures!
