Love ice cream, but dairy is not your jam? Same. This NICE cream is the perfect gut-healthy alternative!
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp. almond milk
- 1 tbsp. chocolate chips (I love a mix of dark and white chocolate)
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender.
- Blend until creamy, ice cream like texture. Add more almond milk if required.
This recipe is really a free-for-all, but these are good guidelines. You can omit the cocoa powder for a vanilla flavour. You could add other frozen fruit like strawberries or mangos. The very best? Add cookie chunks.
